Eureka Ranch is an 80 acre “safe haven” for original thinking,
just 12 miles east of Cincinnati.
The Eureka! Ranch was founded in 1986 with a commitment to turning innovation from an art into a science. It offers training and consulting services that create organizational engagement in PROACTIVE problem solving / innovation. It also offers Eureka! Inventing of new Products & Services, Ideas for Revitalizing existing offerings and to Improve Flawed Work Systems.
The Eureka! Ranch team pioneered the Innovation Engineering field of management science and academic research. It teaches how to apply a systems thinking mindset to problem solving and innovation opportunities. The result is a proactive culture of innovation where everyone – front line, managers, and leaders, are able to work together faster, smarter and more creatively. The courses are taught using the Cycles to Mastery® Training System to ensure that everyone, no matter their skill or education level, is able to achieve mastery. Cycles to Mastery is so original, it has been awarded a US Patent (US11417230B1).
The President & CEO of the Eureka! Ranch is Maggie Nichols. It was founded by Doug Hall, who works on special projects and innovation research.
