Understand YOUR Current Situation:  Doug / Maggie will have a conversation to understand your needs, wants and aspirations.  Their ability to help you identify the root cause of your challenges is legendary.  Where appropriate, you can field the Eureka! Ranch Innovation Culture Survey with a sample of managers and/or front line employees.  The survey benchmarks cultural strengths and opportunities towards creating, communicating and commercializing fresh ideas.  It also identifies what style of presentation would be the most effective: 1) Inspirational & Optimistic to 2) Nurturing & Empathetic to 3) Scientific & Logical.

  2. Innovation Engineering (IE) is an academically validated and marketplace proven curriculum that demystifies innovation and makes it accessible to everyone, everywhere, every day.

Patented Cycles to Mastery® Learning System makes it possible for everyone – no matter their background or education – to achieve innovation mastery.

IE Green Belt – Teaches the fundamentals every individual needs to learn in an accessible way. Engagement is focused on building intrinsic reward by focusing application on “stopping the stupid” challenges that get in the way of participants as they do their jobs.

IE Blue Belt – Teaches Managers and Leaders how to lead, coach and motivate their team members.  Where Green Belt teaches individuals how to innovate – Blue Belt teaches managers how to leverage the diversity of their team for exponential impact.

IE Black Belt – Teaches mastery of the full 48 Innovation Engineering Skills.  It sets up individuals to lead significant company projects on enabling more effective people, processes, product and or services.  It also sets them up to teach and certify IE Green and Blue Belts.
